For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services, whether you are an app user, website visitor.

Mingle does not sell personal information as defined by CCPA. Retention and Deletion of
Personal Information
When you delete your account or request deletion of your personal data, we follow a structured process to ensure the secure removal of your information:
Information Deleted Within 30 Days:
- User account details (name, email, username, password, etc.) will be deleted within 30 days of account termination or upon request.
- Timetable and shared schedule data will also be deleted or anonymized within this period.
Anonymization of Shared Data:
- Any user-generated or shared content within the app, including schedules and activity logs, will be anonymized to prevent identification while retaining insights for operational purposes.
Restricted Retention for Legal/Operational Purposes:
- Certain data may be retained for:
Legal compliance (e.g., financial records) for up to 5 years.
Dispute resolution or legal claims for up to 1 year.
No Recovery Option:
- Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. However, you may create a new account using the same email address.
Final Data Handling:
- All retained data will be permanently deleted or anonymized after the expiration of the retention period.
User Generated Content
The Services may enable you to post product reviews and other user-generated content. If you choose to submit user generated content to any public area of the Services, this content will be public and accessible by anyone. We do not control who will have access to the information that you choose to make available to others, and cannot ensure that parties who have access to such information will respect your privacy or keep it secure. We are not responsible for the privacy or security of any information that you make publicly available, or for the accuracy, use or misuse of any information that you disclose or receive from third parties.

Children’s Data
The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children. As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we “share” (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.
